  • Sound Healing aligns you with your highest self and amplifies the session’s impact.

How do these practices work together?

These practices intentionally work together to offer you a holistic “self care” journey—from energetic balance → grounded embodiment → mental clarity → emotional insight → deep alignment to guide you from unconscious doing to conscious being and empowerment.

What preparation is needed?

Each session requires minimal preparation—just comfortable attire, an open heart, and the willingness to pause and reconnect.

What can I expect in working with you (individually)?

Every Reiki practitioner is different—because we bring who we are into the room. And when I work with you, it’s not just energy work—it’s about presence, compassion, and tuning into exactly what you need, in that moment.

When you walk into a session with me, you're stepping into a safe, nurturing space where you can finally exhale and take care of yourself. It’s your time to let go, to reconnect, and to remember who you really are.

We might use crystals, essential oils, and music to soften the edges—all in service of helping you take care of yourself. In this space, you will feel supported, seen, and whole. Whether you’re navigating an illness, emotional overload, or just craving some inner balance, our time together is sacred. It’s a space for release, for restoration, and for reconnecting with the incredible wisdom that already lives inside you.

What can I expect before the session?

When you arrive, we’ll begin with a brief conversation to connect. We’ll talk about your overall health, what brought you to take time to pause for self-healing, and your intentions for the session. My goal is not only to help you feel deeply relaxed, but also empowered—with greater insight into your energy and how to care for yourself beyond our time together.

I’ll explain what to expect, ask if you prefer light touch or no touch, and make sure you’re completely comfortable—whether you’re lying on a massage table for Reiki or on a mat for Breathwork.

  • For Reiki: When you step into a session with me, we begin by slowing everything down. I’ll guide you into a calm, meditative state—inviting you to tune into your breath, your senses, and the wisdom of your body.  From there, I will introduce essential oils and mantras for each of the seven main energy centers (chakras) in your body and we will then identify the oils, mantras and crystals that you would like to incorporate into the session.  I then invite you to relax a little further and I gently connect with your energy—one chakra at a time—to understand what your body needs that day. I use a combination of light or no touch, energy movement techniques (such as sweeping, clearing, or balancing), and occasionally sound healing. Sessions are held in silence with soft music to support deep connection and insight. I may also receive intuitive messages or visions, which I’m always happy to share with you.

  • For Breathwork:
We begin by setting a powerful intention—and I’ll gently guide you to drop into your breath, your senses, and your body. This is where the shift starts. Then, we dive into five rounds of conscious circular breathing—paired with intentional breath holds—to help your body release what it’s been holding onto: old energy, stuck emotions, built-up stress. It’s like clearing the clutter so your system can reset. In the second half, we slow things down. You’ll move into a deep state of calm using slower, intentional breaths that soothe your nervous system and bring you back into balance. Throughout the entire session, I’m with you—guiding you with music, verbal cues, and gentle touch if that feels right for you. This isn’t just breathwork. It’s a full-body reset. A chance to let go, come home to yourself, and feel what it’s like to truly breathe free again.

  • For Journaling:
We begin by grounding you with the intention to write from a place of courage, honesty, and compassion. Journaling in this way reminds you that while your journey is uniquely yours, you are never alone in the process of healing and growth. You’ll be gently guided through three reflective letters designed to help you reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way.

  • Letter One: Letting Go allows attendees to release old patterns, heavy emotions, or self-doubt. By setting these burdens down on the page, you create space for fresh energy and new possibilities to flow in. Letter Two: Listening & Connecting, we move from release into deep listening. Through guided prompts, you will tune into the quiet wisdom of their body, heart, and soul — allowing insight and clarity to rise to the surface. We close with Letter Three: Self-Love by writing a love letter to yourself—honoring resilience, celebrating authenticity, and a renewed commitment to self-care. By the end of our time together, you will have not only three powerful pieces of writing, but also a deeper connection to yourself, a lighter heart, and the encouragement to carry this practice of reflection forward.

  • For “I am that I am” Sound Healing with Tuning Forks:
    I
n this session, you will be invited to lay down in a relaxed position where you will be guided into a deeply restorative space with sound, vibration, and energy coming together to support relaxation. The gentle frequencies of the “I Am That I Am” tuning forks—paired with Wayne Dyer’s meditative background music—will help bring your mind and body into harmony with the sound vibrations working on a cellular level, releasing blockages, calming the nervous system, and opening your heart to a greater sense of peace and clarity. The sounds meet you exactly where you are while creating a space for you to feel deep relaxation that quiets the mind and eases stress, releases stuck energy and feeling lightness, as if a weight has been lifted.

How do we close out the session?

We’ll gently close by helping you return to full awareness, followed by a few moments of quiet integration. Then we’ll check in—discussing how you feel, what came up, and any intuitive insights from the session. I’ll also invite you to complete a brief reflection to track your stress and connection levels before and after.

Groups

What can I expect in a group environment?

When we come together through the Power of the Pause, it’s not just energy work—it’s about presence, compassion, and tuning into what the group and each individual within it needs in that moment. In group sessions, something even more powerful unfolds: the shared intention of the circle.

When you step into a session with us, you’re entering a safe, nurturing space where everyone is invited to exhale, release, and reconnect. This is a collective pause—a time to soften, to restore balance, and to remember the strength and wisdom that already lives within each individual.

In this space, you’ll feel held by both the practitioner and the group, creating a sense of belonging, support, and wholeness. Whether navigating illness, emotional overload, or simply craving balance, our time together is sacred. It’s a space for collective release, restoration, and reawakening.

What can I expect before the session?

We’ll work with the coordinator to identify a space that meets the goals of the group.  We will begin each session with a brief group check-in and grounding. Together, we’ll set intentions for our time, and attendees will have the opportunity to reflect on what brought them here and what they hope to receive. The goal is for each person to leave not only deeply relaxed, but also more connected—with greater awareness of their energy and practices they can carry forward.

We’ll review what to expect and ensure everyone is comfortable—whether lying on a mat, seated, or resting in a position that feels best.

  • For Reiki:
We begin by slowing everything down—inviting the whole group into a calm, meditative state. Through breath, intention, and guided awareness, the energy of the group begins to align. Essential oils and mantras may be introduced, with space for each participant to choose what resonates for them.

  • From there, the practitioner will gently connect with the group’s collective energy—while also moving through individual energy centers (chakras) to support each participant’s unique needs. Techniques may include sweeping, clearing, balancing, and occasional sound healing. Sessions are held in quiet presence, with soft music to support deep connection and insight.

  • For Breathwork:
We begin by setting a shared intention as a group, while also honoring each individual’s personal focus. Together, we’ll enter the breath through guided cues—moving through five rounds of conscious circular breathing paired with intentional breath holds. This practice allows the body to release what it has been holding—old energy, stuck emotions, or built-up stress.

  • In the second half, we slow the breath to invite calm, integration, and balance. Throughout the session, the group is guided with music, verbal cues, and grounding support, while each participant journeys inward at their own pace. This isn’t just breathwork—it’s a full-body reset. A chance to let go, come home to yourself, and experience the power of breathing together in community.

  • For Journaling:
We begin together in a circle, creating a safe and welcoming space where writing becomes an act of courage, honesty, and compassion. When we write in community, something powerful happens—we are reminded that while our experiences are uniquely our own, we walk this path of healing and growth together. During this session, the group will be gently guided through three reflective letters designed to help each person reconnect with themselves in a meaningful way. Letter One: Letting Go allows attendees to release old patterns, heavy emotions, or self-doubt. By setting these burdens down on the page, we create space for fresh energy and new possibilities to flow in. Letter Two: Listening & Connecting, we move from release into deep listening. Through guided prompts, each person will tune into the quiet wisdom of their body, heart, and soul — allowing insight and clarity to rise to the surface. We close with Letter Three: Self-Love by writing a love letter to themselves—honoring resilience, celebrating authenticity, and a renewed commitment to self-care. By the end of our time together, each person will have not only three powerful pieces of writing, but also a deeper connection to themselves, a lighter heart, and the encouragement to carry this practice of reflection forward.

  • For “I am that I am” Sound Healing with Tuning Forks:
In this session, attendees will be invited to lay or sit down in a relaxed position where they will be guided into a deeply restorative space with sound, vibration, and energy coming together to support relaxation. The gentle frequencies of the “I Am That I Am” tuning forks—paired with Wayne Dyer’s meditative background music—help bring the mind and body into harmony with the sound vibrations working on a cellular level, releasing blockages, calming the nervous system, and opening the heart to a greater sense of peace and clarity. In community, the resonance of the group amplifies the experience, creating a field where each participant feels both supported and uplifted. Over the course of the hour, attendees can expect deep relaxation that quiets the mind and eases stress, connection to the present moment, and a feeling of lightness, as if a weight has been lifted.

How do we close out the session?

We’ll close all sessions with quiet integration, allowing time for the energy to settle. Then, we’ll invite reflection—through journaling, optional sharing, or silent contemplation—so participants can honor what arose. This helps anchor insights, emotions, and shifts before returning to the rhythm of daily life.
